摘要
目的分析温州民营医院的发展现状,探究其在市场与政府政策推动下的发展现状,提出适合温州民营医院发展的对策建议。方法查阅文献回顾温州民营医院的发展历程,结合数据对其对其进行描述性统计分析。结果温州民营医院有其独特的市场化特点,并在政府推动下快速发展,但还存在人才问题、经营模式等问题。结论为推动温州民营医院的健康发展,提出继续尊重市场规律和温州其他政策协调;加强人才交流与培养;抓住"两头"服务;大力推行"微观试点"实践等对策。
Objective： To analyze development status of private hospitals promoted by market and government policies in Wenzhou, and provide the suitable suggestions and countermeasures. Method：The authors consulted literature review on the developmerit of private hospitals in Wenzhou and made descriptive analysis of statistics with the data. Result： There are peculiar characteristics of marketization in private hospitals in Wenzhou and the hospitals develop very fast with government promotion. However, the problems of talents and operation model exist. Conclusion： In order to promote the healthy development of private hospitals, the authors put forward the countermeasures to strengthen talent exchange and training,enSure the ＂service＂ of the two ends and promote ＂micro-pilot＂ hy continning to respect market disciplines and other policies in Wenzhou.
