社区卫生服务中心机构管理指标趋势分析——以上海市徐汇区华泾镇社区卫生服务中心为例

Trend Analysis on Management Indicators in Community Health Service Center and Institutions

目的通过对上海市徐汇区华泾镇社区卫生服务中心(以下简称中心)2004—2012年机构管理指标进行分析,反映中心的运行及管理情况,探索其影响因素及存在问题,对中心的工作发展提出可行性建议,为中心管理提供决策依据。方法以中心2004—2012年机构管理指标作为研究对象,采用文献研究法和专家讨论法选取其中代表性强、敏感性高的指标,利用趋势分析法和多元线性回归分析法对历年各项机构管理指标进行统计学分析。结果中心机构管理指标受"收支两条线"政策实施、"基本药物制度"实施以及政府财政补助的影响较大。结论 "收支两条线"政策实施、"基本药物制度"实施以及政府财政补助对中心的综合管理工作有较大影响,中心采取的信息化服务改进以及硬件设施完善等管理举措对中心的发展有积极正面的影响。

Objective：To analyze the indicators for institution management in community health service center （hereinafter referred to as Center） in Huajing County,Xuhui District.Shanghai,feedback Center operation and management,explore the influencing factors and the existing problems,make feasible suggestions on work progress and provide base for decisions in Center management. Method：The author studied management indicators in 2004 -2012, selected typical and sensitive indicators with literature research and discussion with expert, and made statistical analysis on managemem indicators over the. years with trend analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Result ：Management indicators are affected greatly by policies of ＂ revenue and expenditure ＂,＂ essential drag system＂ and government financiat aid. Conclusion：Integrated.management of the Center is affected greatly by policies of ＂revenue and expenditure＂ ,＂essential drug system＂ and government financial aid. Informatization service in the Center and the improvement in hardware facilities influence positively the development of the Center.
