摘要 为研究重型载货汽车轮胎动载荷对路面使用寿命的影响,采用谐波叠加法及有理函数功率谱密度重构了双轮辙激励的空间域随机路面模型,并建立了半挂汽车列车多体动力学模型;仿真分析了双轮辙随机路面激励下,各轴左、右两侧轮胎的法向力、最大动载系数及车辆对路面的损伤系数随车速的变化规律。仿真结果表明:在双轮辙随机路面激励下,轮胎最大动载系数随车速的提高呈增大的趋势,但左、右两侧轮胎最大动载系数的数值大小及变化规律均不相同;道路友好性随车速的提高而下降,且路面不平度越大,道路友好性的变化趋势越明显。该研究为今后分析车轮动载作用下的路面响应提供了参考依据。 To study the influence of the heavy truck tire dynamic load on service life of the pavement, amodel of bilateral tracks' excitation random road in spatial domain was reconstructed through the rationalfunction power spectral density(PSD)and harmonic superposition method, and a multi-body dynamicsmodel of the virtual prototype vehicle was established. The normal dynamic tire force, maximum dynamictire load coefficient of each axle on both sides, and pavement damage coefficient were computed under thedifferent road grading and vehicle speed. The simulation results show that the maximum dynamic tire loadcoefficient on both left and right increases with speed increasing, but the magnitudes and change rules aredifferent. The road friendliness reduces with speed increasing, the tendency goes clear with the road get-ting rough. This study provides a reference for the future analysis of the pavement response under the ac-tion of the wheels dynamic load.
