为了探究电子病历与手写病历对医学生实习行为和实习效果的影响,通过实证研究显示:电子病历具有提升实习生工作效率的优点,但也具有易使学生滋生惰性的缺陷。鉴此,带教医师应当重视电子病历与手写病历的优缺点,按照扬长避短的原则,最大限度提升医学生的实习效果。

In order to study the influence of electronic medical records and written records on medical students＇ practice behaviors and practice effect, empirical study is used to demonstrate that the advantage of the electronic medical records is to improve interns＇ work efficiency, while the disadvantage is to encourage students＇ sluggishness.
