摘要
针对传统敞开式隧道炉的不足,提出一种密封式隧道型电烘炉的分区结构,采用分区隔热加热技术,实现分区温度精准控制;通过密封式热风循环系统,提高温度控制稳定性,并达到节能效果:最后提出一种变速积分PID算法,解决温度滞后的非线性问题,实现快速控温。测试结果表明:密封式隧道炉比传统隧道炉控温稳定速度更快,温度波动更小,范围控制在±1℃,达到精准控温效果。
Aiming at the existing problems of the traditional open type tunnel oven,the partition structure of seal-style tunnel electric oven is developed,which uses the partition heat insulation technology to realize accurate control of the temperature of zone,improve temperature control stability and energy saving by means of seal-style heated air circulation system.The paper proposes a gearshift integral PID algorithm to solve the problem of temperature hysteresis nonlinear and achieve rapid temperature control.The test results show that the steady speed of seal-style tunnel oven is faster than traditional tunnel oven with small-fluctuation temperature of ±1℃ control scope.
