摘要
澳大利亚TAFE师资培养模式的特点是:师资队伍的多样化和严格化;教师认证的规范化和考核公开化;教师培训赏罚的明确化和时间化;教师资格的能力化和标准化。其对我国职业教育师资培养的启示是:调整师资结构,大量聘用兼职教师;建立完善的教师准入机制,保障教学水平;积极开展师资培训,提升教师业务能力;完善考核机制,建立具有职教特色的职称评定体系;明确职能,建立科学的管理体系。
The characteristics of training model of TAFE teacher in Australia are: the faculty are diverse; teacher certification is nomalized and the evaluation is public; the reward and punishment of faculty training is clearly and timely; teacher qualification is standardized. Its enlightenment for the training of vocational teachers training in China is: the structure of faculty should be adjusted and a large number of part-time teachers should be employed; the perfect teacher access system is to be built to keep the teaching level; teacher training should be actively carried out to improve the operational capacity of teachers; the assessment mechanism should be improved to build the job classification system with characteristics of vocational education. The function should be clearly defined to establish the scientific management system.
