摘要
聚类分析作为探索性的数据分析手段，为中医药数据的客观化、标准化提供技术支持。本文从中药研究、证候研究、组方用药规律研究等方面论述聚类分析在中医药中的应用。聚类分析可对海量数据进行归类、发现规律，运用聚类分析必须结合中医药数据的特性，才能发挥更大作用。
As one of exploratory data analysis method, the clustering analysis can provide technical support for objectivity and standardization ofTCM. This paper dealt with the application of the clustering analysis in the research of Chinese medcine, TCM pattern differentiation and the regularity of TCM herbal formulae. The clustering analysis showed great value on classifying imformation and finding out regularity from data, only if the characteristics of TCM data were considered.
