近年来,随着河南省经济的快速发展以及城镇化进程的不断加快,历史文化村镇保护遇到了一些难题。有些村,人口数量减少;有些村,传统建筑遭到损坏,民俗资源流失,历史文化传承功能退化。整体来看,河南历史文化村镇缺乏有效的保护,其生存状态不理想。长此以往,对历史文脉的延续、民俗文化的传承不利。对此,应统一思想,制订完善的计划,采取有效的措施,建立完备的体系,走文化产业化的道路,促进历史文化村镇的保护和可持续发展。

Henan, a province with a long history in farming civilization and splendid culture, has rich cultural heritage. Many distinctive historical and cultural villages are located in different parts of central areas and their present situation is worrying. Rapid develop- ment of urbanization in China leads to their decrease and the exiting villages meet many problems such as improper protection, more difficulties in cultural inheritance, etc. How to protect and develop the villages with scientific and reasonable strategies and how to make use of the central plain culture have become the top priority.
