摘要
制度的作用是规范人的行为。它限制的是人的不当行为,而不是人的思维和创造性;其作用应是积极的而不是消极的,是正向的而不是反向的;其目的是激励人而不是打击人。各项高等教育制度的出台,其目的是使高校的教育行为有法可依。然而有些教师在执行的过程中,其内心产生了对制度的依赖,这种依赖消解了他们的职业特性,使之认识不到"教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业",无法树立起无私奉献的精神。只有加强理想信念教育,引导高校教师做好自己的职业发展规划,才能够避免其在教育行为中产生制度依赖,巩固其职业特性。
With the vigorous development of higher education and the introduction and perfection of education system, the teaching behaviors in current colleges have been under the basic laws. However, the elaboration of the system will not necessarily turn into positive incentives. I think it is more of a standardization and limitation, it not only limits the teacher- behavior, but also intangibly limits the teacher's thinking and creativity, even results in teachers" negative institutional dependence, thus dispelling the teachers" professional characteristics. This paper tries to analyze the causes of institutional dependence and argues that only by strengthening the education of teachers'ideal and belief, and guiding them to do a good planning in teachers'professional development, can they avoid the institutional dependence in the educational behavior.
