摘要
"十三五"期间,总磷可能纳入国家主要污染物排放控制指标。总磷测量准确与否,直接影响到排放监测数据的可靠性和控制指标实施效果。通过钼酸铵分光光度法测定水中总磷的影响因素对比试验分析,我们得出新玻璃器皿用5%HNO_3浸泡3d后,可显著降低试验空白的影响。其次,控制硫酸钾溶液温度以及采用冷却硫酸配制钼酸盐溶液均可改善实验结果。
During the Thirteen-Five period, total phosphorus may be incorporated into the national emission control targets of major pollutants. The emission monitoring data reliability and controls index effect were directly affected by the accuracy of measurement of total phosphorus. Total phosphorus in water of the influence factors was analyzed through the comparative experiment of molybdate spectrophotometric method, we derive the effects of blank of the new glassware can significantly reduce with 5%HNO_3 dipped for 3 days. Secondly, the control of potassium sulfate solution temperature and preparation of molybdate solution can improve the experimental results by using cooling sulfuric acid.
