微波―酸化汽爆预处理反应器结构参数优化

摘要 综合木质纤维素微波预处理和酸化汽爆预处理的优点,提出了微波―酸化汽爆预处理方法及反应器。以提高微波吸收效率和电场均匀性为目标,利用HFSS电磁软件对反应器的主要结构参数进行优化。并用正交试验法在较优范围内进行优化,得出反应器的最优参数。通过样本分析对优化前后物料区域的电场进行均匀性比较。结果表明,优化后反应器的微波吸收效率达90.5%,电场均匀性显著提高,可有效提高反应器的性能,为微波―酸化汽爆预处理反应器的研发和工业应用提供依据。 Based on the advantages of microwave pretreatment and dilute acid steam explosion pretreatment, microwave and dilute acid steam explosion pretreatment methods and reactors were proposed. To improve the microwave absorption efficiency and uniformity of the electric field, HFSS electromagnetic software was used to optimize the mean reactor's structure parameters. And by orthogonal test, the optimal reactor's parameters were obtained from the relatively optimal range. Through analysis of samples, the uniformity of electric field before and after the optimization of material region was compared. Consequently, the reactor's microwave absorption efficiency after being optimized reached 97.4% , the uniformity of the electric field was improved significantly and the reactor's performer could be improved remarkably. Besides, it could be the basis of the research and industrial applications of microwave-dilute acid steam explosion pretreatment reactors.
