摘要
将熔喷法与Lyocell工艺相结合制备纤维素纤维膜,并通过TG、FT-IR、SEM等方法对经硫酸/尿素(SA/U)、磷酸/尿素(PA/U)及磷酸氢二铵(DAP)三种催化剂体系处理后的纤维膜热解行为及结构与性能进行了分析,并探讨了催化剂种类及其处理时间对热解过程的影响。研究表明,经PA/U催化剂处理10 min的纤维膜效果较为理想,不但使纤维素脱水反应提前,残余质量提高,而且预氧化后样品具有良好的柔韧性,仍维持较好的网络结构和纤维形态,为后续碳化实验提供了参考依据。
The cellulose fibre membranes prepared by the method of combining melt-blown process with Lyocell process were treated with sulfuric acid/urea (SA/U), phosphoric acid/urea (PA/U), diammonium hydrogen phosphate (DAP) for different times, then the pyrolysis behavior, structure and property of the treated membranes was investigated by TG~ FT-IR and SEM, and the influence of different catalysts and treated times on the pyrolysis process of the membranes was discussed. The results showed that the treatment with PA/U for 10min resulted in a lower pyrolysis temperature and an increase of char, so the pre-oxidized fiber membrane had better flexibility, network structure and fiber morphology.
