十二碳烯基琥珀酸酐疏水改性水溶性羟乙基纤维素的合成及表征

摘要 在弱碱性条件下,合成了十二碳烯基琥珀酸酐(DDSA)疏水改性水溶性羟乙基纤维素(HEC)。对所得新型疏水改性产物DHEC进行了表征。采用酸碱滴定法,测定了DHEC中的疏水基团含量(hydrophobe incorporation,HI),其HI值随反应混合物中DDSA/HEC质量比的提高而增大,而接枝反应效率(reaction efficiency,RE)随混合溶剂中乙醇含量的提高而增加。FT-IR和1H-NMR证实改性成功。DHEC的HI值升高,其水溶液表面张力随浓度下降速率更快,在更低的浓度达到平衡值。苏丹红IV对DHEC水溶液染色吸光性也随DHEC的HI值提高,相应升高。 Hydroxyethyl cellulose had been modified using dodecenyl succinic anhydride (DDSA) in aqueous solution. Structure and property of the DHEC had been characterized. The amount of hydrophobe incorporation (HI) had been determined by a simple titration method and it was higher when DDSA/HEC in the reaction composition was higher. Reaction efficiency (RE) was higher when increased alcohol was used in the reaction mixture. 1H-NMR and FT-IR confirmed that derivatisation had occurred. Shear viscosity of DHEC with intermolecular hydrophobic associative was found to be higher than the unmodified HEC and more sensitive to shear rate. Surface tension from Du Nouy ring method of DHEC aqueous solution decreased rapidly when HI was high and reached the lowest surface tension at lower concentration. Absorbance of solutions of HEC and its derivatives in the presence of Sudan Ⅳ dye was a function of HI of DHEC and it was higher when HI was high.
