摘要
针对弄另水电站工程施工难度大、工序交错关联的特点,运用P6项目管理软件对工程进度计划进行编制和优化,对工程实施定量化的动态管理.采用visual C++编程语言进行仿真系统设计,将其与工程进度计划有机结合,实现工程进度计划查询与过程仿真,进而辅助大坝工程施工组织的决策.
According to the difficulty in construction and cross correlation in process of Nongling Hydropower Station,the P6 project management software is used for the preparation and optimization of project schedule planning to realize project implementation quantitative dynamic management.Combining the schedule with the simulation system design based on Visual C++,the progress tracing inquiry and schedule simulation are achieved;and then to assist the dam construction organization design decisions.
