摘要
本文采用正交分析法,研究了4种掺合料、4种水胶比和4个养护龄期对钢筋/混凝土粘结强度的影响.分析结果表明,在影响钢筋/混凝土粘结强度的以上三大因素中,养护龄期对钢筋粘结强度的贡献率最大,为67%左右,其次是掺合料,为24%左右,最后是水胶比,仅9%.并以钢筋/混凝土粘结强度为指标,得到了混凝土的最佳配合比.
The effects of four mineral mixtures,four water-binder ratios and four curing ages on bond strength between steel and concrete are analyzed quantitatively by using multiple linear regression.The results show that the contribution ratio of curing age of 67%is the most obvious among influence factors;the second is mineral mixture,of which the contribution ratio is about 24%;the last one is water-binder ratio,of which the contribution ratio is only 9%.The optimal proportion was obtained in terms of the bond strength between steel and concrete.
