三峡地区输电线路监测与应急处置预警系统设计与实现研究 被引量:3

摘要 我国输电线路监测预警预报研究虽在降雨气象、杆塔及其基础变形、视频等监测方面已取得一定成绩,但考虑因素不全,适用条件也制约着在三峡地区的应用,为克服上述不足,本系统主要包括雨量计、位移计、测斜仪、视频仪、GPRS/3G、监测预警中心、用户等12个单元,采用现有GPRS/3G通讯技术平台,辅以视频实时监测,将输变电线路的塔基情况传输至监测预警中心进行处理,再将沿线塔基的雨量信息、塔基深部位移与塔基倾斜度大小等监测数据,在监测预警中心推送至用户界面发布.监测预警中心系统主要由通信模块、数据模块、管理模块和预警模块4部分构成,可通过预警值声光报警和短信预警的方式,将灾害预警分析系统生成的预警信息,向应急管理体系和灾害监测体系发布,使相关用户及其人员能够准确获得预警信息,及时采取防御措施. Although China in prediction and early warning of transmission line monitoring has made some achievements such as the rain weather,tower and its foundation deformation,video monitoring and other monitoring;but influence factors are considered incomplete;and applicable conditions are restricted to the application in Three Gorges region.In order to overcome above shortcomings,the early warning system of online monitoring and emergency response of transmission line in Three Gorges region consists of 12 components chiefly including rain gauge,displacement meter,inclinometer,video device,GPRS/3G,monitor warning center,users,etc.The system will can process some informations of the transmission tower at the center by the existing platform of GPRS/3G communication technology and real-time video monitoring.And then monitoring data of the rainfall along tower foundations,deep displacement and inclination,are pushed to users interface through the center.The center system mainly consists of four parts such as a communication module,data modules,management modules and early warning module.And the center will actively publish to the emergency management system and disaster monitoring system about informations of the disaster early warning analysis through audible-light alarm and SMS alarm value;so that the relevant users and their personnel will accurately obtain early warning informations to take defensive measures in time.
