Agricultural machinery is the important technological means which brings the organic combination of informatization and agricultural mechanization, and it promotes the wide application of information technology, information resources, information management in rural areas. This paper expounded the significant of developing agricultural machinery information network project, put forward several suggestions for the development of agricultural information network, so as to promote the development of rural economy and construction of new countryside.
