基于流动和传热关联式的印刷电路板式换热器的几何设计 被引量:8

Geometry Design of Printed Circuit Heat Exchanger Based on Flow and Heat Transfer Correlation

摘要 印刷电路板式换热器(PCHE)是一种紧凑型换热器。基于流动和传热关联式,对PCHE几何尺寸的设计方法进行探索。对换热器设计输入进行分析,并在Matlab计算平台上编写计算程序对特定换热功率和压降要求的PCHE进行尺寸设计。通过与FLUENT15.0计算结果对比,验证计算程序的可靠性。 The printed circuit heat exchanger geometry design method is studied based on the is a kind of compact heat exchanger, which flow and heat transfer correlation. After the analysis of the design input, an analysis program was developed with the help of a mathematical software Matlab in this paper. Compared with the results of FLUENT15.0, the reliability of this program was confirmed.
