摘要 在汽车轻量化趋势下,复合材料起着越来越重要的作用,而复合材料的连接离不开结构胶粘剂的使用。针对聚氨酯的结构及性能,论文主要将双组分聚氨酯结构胶的异氰酸酯组分制备成端NCO基预聚体,再进行双组分之间的反应,然后讨论了分子量及分子链柔顺性对反应产物拉伸剪切强度的影响。结果显示,预聚反应提高了异氰酸酯组分的分子量,反应产物的拉伸剪切强度提高了1.74-2.04MPa(MPM/PCD体系)。 Composites play a more and more important role in the lightweight of automobile. However,the bonding of composites cannot go without the use of structural adhesives. Based on the molecular structure and property of polyurethanes,this article mainly focused on the prepara tion of the NCO-terminated prepolymers which were the isocyanate component of 2C polyurethane structural adhesives and 2C reations. Then the effects of molecular weight and chain flexibility on lap shear strength were discussed. The results showed that,the prepolymerization reaction increased molecular weight of the isocyanate component,and therefore lap shear strength of reaction products was increased by 1.74-2.04MPa(MPM/PCD).
