摘要
随着汽车行业的不断进步和发展以及生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视对汽车舒适的要求,朝着更稳定更舒适更安全的方向发展。其中汽车减震器发挥着关键作用,尤其是最近几年开始对阻尼可调液压减震器的研究更是占据主流地位。论文在原有被动减速器的基础上加以改造,提出了采用调节阀改变节流口开口大小,以改变通过"回油管路"的液流流量,进而调节减震器的工作阻尼,实现减震器阻尼力随着路面状况的不同而调节的功能。
With the progress and development of automobile industry and the improvement of living standards,people pay more attention on the requirement of automobile comfort,toward the direction of more stable and safe. Automobile shock absorber plays a key role,especially in recent years the research of damping adjustable hydraulic shock absorber is the mainstream status. In this paper,on the basis of the original passive reducer are modified,proposed USES the regulator change throttling mouth opening size,to change through the "line" of fluid flow,and adjust the working damping of shock absorber,realize the shock absorber damping force with different road conditions and regulat-ing function.
