摘要
由于对机床电主轴热变形的研究具有实用价值和理论价值,电主轴热变形预测技术成为目前研究的热点问题。论文将电主轴热变形预测模型按照建模方法的不同分为两类:经验建模法和理论分析法,并全面的叙述热变形预测模型的发展历史、研究成果及相关问题。对不同的预测模型进行比较并分析了它们的优缺点,同时指出目前热变形预测模型存在的问题并展望未来。
Because of its practical value and theoretical value for the study of thermal deformation of machine tool electric spindle,the prediction of thermal deformation of motorized spindle has become a hot issue in the current research. In this paper,the motorized spindle thermal deformation prediction model according to modeling method is divided into two categories :Empirical modeling method and theory analysis method and comprehensive narrative thermal deformation prediction model of the development history,research results and related issues. Compare and analyze their advantages and disadvantages of different forecasting models,and pointed out that the current hot deformation prediction model of the existing problems and future prospect.
