康艾注射液对胃肠癌化疗患者的疗效观察

Observation of the effect of Kang′ai injection in the chemotherapy treatment of gastrointestinal cancer

目的：探讨康艾注射液对胃肠癌化疗患者的疗效。方法将97例胃肠癌患者按随机数字表法分为对照组49例和观察组48例。对照组给予常规化疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加康艾注射液治疗。比较两组近期疗效，随访3年，比较两组生存率差异。结果观察组近期总有效率为89．58％，明显高于对照组的71．43％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝19．278，P＜0．05）。观察组生活质量改善率为68．75％，明显高于对照组的30．61％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝10．876，P＜0．05）。观察组生活质量降低率为10．42％，明显低于对照组的34．69％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝12．674，P＜0．05）。Ⅲ°以上不良反应出现率，胃肠道方面观察组为6.25％，明显低于对照组的22．45％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝14．523，P＜0．05）；血液方面观察组为0．00％，明显低于对照组的12．24％，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝17．795，P＜0．05）。随访1、2、3年观察组生存率分别为91．67％、75．00％、60．42％，均显著高于对照组的77．55％、59．18％、34．69％，两组差异均有统计学意义（χ2＝9．547、13．697、15．862，均P＜0．05）。结论康艾注射液有助于提高胃肠癌患者对化疗的耐受性，减少不良反应，提高生活质量，延长生存期。

Objective To explore the effect of Kang′ai injection in the chemotherapy treatment of gastroin-testinal cancer.Methods 97 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were divided into the control group（49 cases） and the observation group（48 cases） in accordance with the random number table.The control group received common chemotherapy treatment,while the observation group was plused Kang＆#39;ai injection based on the same treatment.The near time clinical efficacy and survival rate in three years between the two groups were compared.Results The near time total effective rate of the observation group was 89.58%, which was significantly higher than 71.43% of the control group（χ2 =19.278,P〈0.05）.The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was 68.75%, which was significantly higher than 30.61% of the control group（χ2 =10.876,P〈0.05）.The reduction rate of quality of life in the observation group was 10.42%,which was significantly lower than 34.69%of the control group （χ2 =12.674,P〈0.05）.About adverse reactions rate above Ⅲ° the gastrointestinal in the observation group was 6.25%,which was significantly lower than 22.45%of the control group（χ2 =14.523,P〈0.05）.The blood adverse reactions rate in the observation group was 0.00%,which was significantly lower than 12.24% of the control group （χ2 =17.795,P 〈0.05）.The survival rates of 1,2,3 years in the observation group were 91.67%,75.00%, 60.42%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 77.55%,59.18%,34.69% in the control group（χ2 =9.547,13.697,15.862,all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Kang′ai injection can improve the tolerance of gastrointestinal cancer to chemotherapy treatment,reduce adverse reactions rate,improve quality of life and prolong survival.
