从电厂的余热资源及节能提效改造现状出发,阐述了合同能源管理模式的概念及其分类。并以某发电有限公司两台机组综合提效项目为例,介绍了合同能源管理模式的成功应用。得出以下结论:合同能源管理模式,可保证用能单位在不需要投入资金的前提下,实现机组设备的节能提效改造,提高能源利用效率。某300MW机组在实施合同能源管理模式的节能项目后,汽机侧供电煤耗降低2.54g/(kW·h),锅炉侧供电煤耗降低1.1g/(kW·h),节能效果显著。

From the resources of flue gas and the reform situation of the energy saving, it elaborated the conception and classiffication of the energy management contracting is detail. And took the application of enery management contracting in a coal fired units as an example, the succeseful application of the energy management contracting was introduced. The results showed that., the energy management contracting can ensure the effect of the energy saving reform of the energy consumption unit without any capital investment, can improve the energy utilization efficiency. After its application in the 300 MW coal fired units, the power supply coal consumption of the turbine side depressed 2.54 g/（ kW·h）, the power supply coal consumption of the boiler side depressed 1. 1g/（ kW·h）, the energy saving effect is remarkable.
