抗核抗体在体外受精-胚胎移植不孕人群中的表达研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究抗核抗体在体外受精-胚胎移植不孕人群及正常分娩女性中的表达,探讨抗核抗体与体外受精-胚胎移植不孕人群的相关性。方法 705例行体外受精-胚胎移植人群不孕患者(研究组),228例已正常分娩的女性为对照(对照组)。间接免疫荧光法检测血清抗核抗体。结果研究组抗核抗体阳性率为35.18%(248/705),对照组为14.47%(33/228),两组抗核抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组根据行体外受精-胚胎移植的指征分组,分为盆腔及输卵管因素组、单纯男方因素组、多次人工授精失败组、子宫内膜异位症组、排卵障碍组、不明原因性不孕组、男女混合因素组,各组的抗核抗体阳性率分别为33.70%(93/276)、31.90%(37/116)、40.38%(42/104)、56.00%(14/25)、47.06%(8/17)、50.00%(12/24)、29.37%(42/143),各组的抗核抗体阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗核抗体在体外受精-胚胎移植不孕女性中的阳性率高于正常分娩女性,抗核抗体的表达可能与不孕相关。
