摘要
本文在综合借鉴国内外学者对于标准生命周期相关理论研究成果的基础上,结合标准化工作实践经验,分析了标准规划和标准制定过程中影响标准质量的主要因素,以及标准贯彻实施和标准信息反馈与标准质量之间的内在联系。
This paper draws on the experience of the theories concerned with domestic and overseas scholars have taken up. Based on the practical experience, the paper analyses the major factors in the standard planning and development, and the intenal relations between the standard implementation and feedback with the standard quality.
