过敏性紫癜是儿童常见病，其预后取决于肾脏受损害的程度。目前确诊过敏性紫癜肾损害的金标准是肾活检，但由于肾脏穿刺风险较大，患儿及家长很难接受，若相关检测指标可判定肾脏损伤严重程度，就可避免肾脏穿刺术。

Allergic purpura is common diseases of children, prognosis depends on the degree of kidney damage. Renal biopsy is the gold standard in the diagnosis of allergic purpura renal damage, because of its high risk of kidney biopsy, it is difficult to accepted by children and parents. If the relevant indicators to determine degree of kidney damage, the patients can avoid being kidney biopsy.
