摘要
以河北省某煤化工企业污水处理车间缺氧池出水为处理对象,通过添加自行研发的环保菌剂,考察其对实际焦化废水COD去除效果;利用聚合酶链式反应和变性梯度凝胶电泳联合技术(PCR-DGGE)分析添加环保菌剂前后生化系统中污泥微生物群落的变化。研究表明:通过添加环保菌剂,中试系统出水COD平均去除率比活性污泥系统提高了18%;PCR-DGGE结果显示,经过菌剂强化后的生化系统中污泥微生物的种类更加丰富,优势微生物由原先的14种增加到了23种。
Based on the coking wastewater in a coal chemical industry in Hebei Province,the COD removal rate in coking wastewater was studied by adding environmental bacteria agent which was isolated in the lab; and biological diversities in the biochemical system were analyzed by using polymerase chain reaction and degeneration gradient gel electrophoresis( PCRDGGE). The results showed that the average removal rate of COD increased by 18% compared to the activated sludge system by adding sludge bacteria agent; PCR-DGGE results showed that the kind of microbes in the biochemical system became more abundant,the varieties of microorganisms varied from 14 to 23.
