摘要
[目的/意义]旨在分析和归纳科技智库现有数据信息服务模式,为科技智库建设和服务提供经验借鉴。[方法/过程]通过调研国际上30余家著名的科技智库,摸清其数据信息主要构成内容及其相关的服务要素,从数据信息的主要内容类型、参与主体、服务流程等归纳出主要服务模式。[结果/结论]最终建构3类不同的数据信息服务模式,并分析其主要特点,辅以案例说明。[局限]科技智库具有各自的发展背景和特点,即使同一模式也存在较大差异。因此,所介绍的3种模式仍需在实践中加以深入和细化。
[ Purpose/significance] The purpose of this paper is to analyze and introduce the existing data information service mode of S&T think-tank, and to provide experience reference to the construction and service of S&T think-tank. [ Method/process ] Through the investigation of more than 30 international famous S&T think-tanks, the paper clearly understands the main composition content and the related service elements of the data information, and generalizes the main service modes from the content type, par- ticipating subject and service workflow. [ Result/conclusion] Finally, the paper constructs 3 kinds of service mode and analyzes the main features with case study. [ Limitations ] All the S&T think-tank have their own characteristics and development back- ground, even the same pattern has a big difference. Therefore, the proposed 3 modes still need o be in-depth and detailed in prac- tice.
