科技论文评价是科研评价中的一项重要任务,随着网络技术的发展以及数据资源的开放,科技论文的评价模式也在不断创新,尤其基于论文全文的评价及Altmetrics指标的评价,使科技论文评价结果更精确。文章通过对国内外科技论文评价相关研究文献进行梳理,归纳出科技论文评价指标与方法的演变历程。通过对各类评价指标及方法的优缺点总结,提出目前科技论文评价中亟待解决的问题及挑战。

Scientific paper evaluation is an important task in scientific research evaluation. With the development of network technology and open data resources, the evaluation model of scientific paper is continuous innovation. In particular, the full text based evaluation and Altmetrics indicators make the evaluation results more precise. Through the sorting of the domestic and foreign literatures related to scientific paper evaluation, this paper sums up the evolution process of scientific paper evaluation indictors and methods. After summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of various types of evaluation indictors and methods, the paper propo- ses the urgent problems and challenges in the evaluation of scientific papers.
