摘要
解纤是造纸法再造烟叶生产中的重要工序,解纤设备决定了再造烟叶生产的质量。基于现代制浆理论研制出一种高得率的机械解纤设备,介绍了新型双螺旋解纤机的结构原理,并对其结构设计及应用效果做了详细分析和论述。结果表明:解纤机有效地提高了烟梗解纤率,减少了烟梗纤维切断现象,烟梗含水率在70.6%时,烟梗解纤率可以达到95.3%。在同等烟梗指标条件下,该解纤机对烟梗解纤更充分,可有效提高制浆效率,应用前景广阔。
Defibering is an important process in the production of paper-making tobacco, and the solution of defibering machine determines the quality of paper-making tobacco leaf production. Based on the theory of modern pulping we developed a high-yield defibering machine. The paper introduces the construction principles of the twin-screw defibering machine, analyzes its construction design and application. The results showed that: defibering machine improved defibering ratio of peduncle effectively and reduced peduncle fiber cutting phenomenon, defibering ratio of peduncle can reach 95.3% when moisture content of peduncle at 70.6%. Under the condition of the same peduncle index, the defibering machine defiberizes more fully, can effectively improve the efficiency of pulping and can be applicated widely.
