Recent Progress in Preservation Techniques of Myrica Rubra

摘要 随着人们对杨梅销售市场与营养价值的逐步重视,杨梅的保鲜与贮运问题就成了许多学者研究的热点。杨梅果实无果皮保护,传统的保鲜技术具有一定的局限性,且使用成本高,因而急需开发一种安全性高、保鲜效果好的杨梅保鲜技术。保鲜纸制品是将保鲜剂混入或涂布于纸质基材的一类产品,可制成具有保鲜效果的各种保鲜纸、纸袋或纸箱后包装水果,具有成本低,易于抄造加工,安全性高等优点。本文主要综述了杨梅采后的衰老机理和杨梅现有的保鲜技术,并对生物酶保鲜技术以及保鲜纸制品在杨梅保鲜中的应用进行展望。 In recent years, preservation techniques and storage of Myrica rubra have attracted extensive interest owing to their huge sales market and nutritional value. However, Myrica rubra was not the peel protected, the conventional preservation technology has some limitations and high cost. So we need to develop a high security and preservation technology with good preservation effect. Preservation of paper is a kind of product that mixed with preservatives or coated on the paper, it can be made with all kinds of plastic wrap, paper bags and cartons. This paper reviews senescence physiology and some preservation technology ofMyrica rubra. In addition, the prospect of enzyme preservation technology and preservation of paper application in Myrica rubra.
