连续刚构桥0号块空间应力分析 被引量:13

摘要 应用弹性力学圣维南原理,采用ANSYS通用有限元计算软件对预应力混凝土连续刚构桥0号块进行了空间应力分析。结合具体工程设计实例,通过计算、对比和分析,明确了局部结构应力分布规律:在施工阶段和成桥阶段的不同工况下,预应力混凝土连续刚构桥0号块区域顶板和腹板主要受压应力作用,底板主要受拉应力作用,横隔板局部存在拉应力。通过对预应力混凝土连续刚构桥0号块进行应力分析,得出主要结论是:0号块结构设计应特别重视短暂应力状态,可根据结构应力分布规律,优化结构的几何构造,合理配置预应力钢束和钢筋,改善结构局部应力状态。 Applying Saint Venant's principle of elastic mechanics and using general finite element software ANSYS,the space stress of block No. 0 of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge is analysed.Combining with specific engineering design example,through calculation,comparison and analysis,the local structure stress distribution laws is made clear: in the construction phase and bridge completion phase under different working conditions,the roof and web of block No. 0 of the bridge are mainly compressive stressed,while the floor is mainly tensile stressed,and there exists local tensile stress in transverse diaphragm.Through analyzing the stress of block No. 0 of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,it is concluded that when designing the structure of block No. 0,we should pay special attention to the transient stress state,we can optimize the its geometric structure,rational allocate prestressed steel beams and bars,and improve the structural local stress state according to the structure stress distribution.
