异基因造血干细胞移植期间营养状态与生活质量的相关性研究

Relationship between nutritional status and quality of life during allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation

目的探讨异基因造血干细胞移植患者移植期间营养状态与生活质量的相关性。方法采用病人自评-主观全面评定量表(PG-SGA)以及欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)对75例异基因造血干细胞移植患者进行问卷调查,采用Peason相关分析和多元回归分析法探讨营养状态与生活质量的关系。结果研究对象中营养良好者从预处理前的70.66%降至预处理后第2、4周的14.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析中,PG-SGA评分与生活质量呈负相关;握力与生活质量呈正相关。结论移植期间的营养状态不仅会影响患者的整体健康,还会影响患者的生活质量;临床医务人员应对移植期间患者的营养状态引起足够的重视并设法改善,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the relationship between nutritional status and quality of life for patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods 75 cases of patients undergoing the allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were recruited.They were investigated with the patient-generated subjective global assessment（PG-SGA）and European organization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire（EORTC QLQ-C30）.Pearson correlation analysis as well as multiple regression analysis was used for the relationship between nutritional status and quality of life.Results The percentage of good nutrition was dropped from70.66% before the pretreatment to 14.67%at the 2nd and 4th week after pretreatment.There was significant difference（P 0.05）.After correlation analysis,the PG-SGA score and quality of life was negatively correlated;grip strength and quality of life were positively correlated.Conclusions The nutritional status of transplant period will not only affect the patient＇s overall health and quality of life of the patients will decrease with it.Clinical medical staff must pay enough attention to improve the patients nutritional status during transplantation,so as to improve their quality of life.
