摘要
从白三叶草(Trifolium repens L.)叶中分离得一株真菌,鉴定为烟曲霉Aspergillus fumigatus,采用大米固体培养基发酵,其乙酸乙酯提取物具有抑制白菜种子发芽的能力。继续从此活性部位分离得5个蒽醌化合物,通过波谱及理化性质鉴定为:大黄素-1-甲醚(1)、大黄素-8-甲醚(2)、asperfumin(3)、monomethylsulochrin(4)和trypacidin(5)。化合物1~5采用钙流模型测定其生物活性。结果显示1具有促进钙离子细胞内流的活性。
A strain of endophytic fungus was isolated from the leaves of Trifolium repens L. , and identified as Aspergillus fumigatus. The fungus was cultured on rice media and its ETOAC extract showed inhibitory activity against the germina- tion of cabbage seeds. Five anthraquinone derivatives were isolated from this active portion, and were elucidated as 1-O- methyl emodin ( 1 ), 8-O-methyl emodin (2), asperfumin (3), monomethytsulochrin (4), and trypacidin ( 5 ) on the ba- sis of spectroscopic methods. The bioactivity of 1-5 was evaluated by using calcium current model. The results showed that 1 cause a persistent increase in cytoplasmic calcium levels in A.549 cells.
