摘要
为进一步降低系统能耗,提高余热回收率,从热平衡和平衡两方面,对我公司设计的12 t/h热法砂再生系统进行热力学分析。针对损失较大的排烟余热,提出利用系统中低温烟气进行有机朗肯循环发电的改进方案。
In order to increase the rate ofwaste heat recovery, reduce energy consumption, from the two aspects of heat balance and exergy balance, analysis 12t/h thermal sand reclamation system of our company. For the waste heat of flue gas of large exergy loss, the new idea of Organic Rankine Cycle power generation using flue gas is put forward.
