摘要
简述了车用发动机的一种四缸气缸体铸造壳型砂芯两种设计方案和过程。分析了原设计砂芯结构存在的不足:壁厚设计不合理、加强筋结构不合理、砂芯刚性不够、铸件质量差等问题。改进了气缸体铸件壳型砂芯的结构,提高了砂芯的刚性,合格率以及铸件的尺寸精度。
The two design schemes and processes for a four-cylinder car engine cylinder block shell casting sand core structure were introduced. The deficiencies of sand core structure designed by traditional design concept were analyzed, such as the wall thickness design and unreasonable reinforced rib structure, inadequate sand core rigidity, low cost performance and so on. The cylinder block shell casting sand core structure was improved, high rigidity of sand core, high pass rate of sand core, and high quality were obtained.
