针刀联合筋骨痛宁胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis with Acupotomy Combined with Jingu Tongning Jiaonang(筋骨痛宁胶囊)

目的:观察针刀联合筋骨痛宁胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将105例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为3组,每组35例。A组给予针刀松解治疗,B组给予筋骨痛宁胶囊口服治疗,C组给予针刀松解联合筋骨痛宁胶囊口服治疗。3组疗程均为3个月。观察3组临床疗效、疼痛VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果:A组显效16例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率为74.29%;B组显效13例,有效11例,无效11例,总有效率为68.57%;C组显效23例,有效7例,无效5例,总有效率为85.71%。C组临床疗效优于A组(P>0.05)、B组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组疼痛VAS评分、Lysholm膝关节功能评分较本组治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且C组优于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀松解联合筋骨痛宁胶囊治疗KOA临床疗效显著,优于单独采用针刀松解或单独口服筋骨痛宁胶囊治疗,值得临床应用推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy combined with Jingu Tongning Jiaonang（筋骨痛宁胶囊） in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：105 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 3 groups,35 cases in each group.Group A was treated with acupotomy therapy,group B was orally given Jingu Tongning Jiaonang,and group C was treated with acupotomy therapy combined with Jingu Tongning Jiaonang.The three groups were treated for 3 months.Clinical efifcacy,pain VAS score,and Lysholm knee function score were observed in the 3 groups.Results：In group A,16 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective,the total efficiency being 74.29%.In group B,13 cases were effective,11 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,and the total efifciency was 68.57%;while in group C,23 cases were effective,7 cases were effective,and 5 cases were invalid,the total effective rate being 85.71%.The clinical efifcacy of group C was better than that of group A（P〉 0.05） and group B（P〈 0.05）.After treatment,the pain VAS score and Lysholm knee function score of the 3 groups were improved（P〈 0.05） than before treatment,group C being better than group A and group B（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of acupotomy combined with Jingu Tongning Jiaonang is evident in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,better than the isolated use of each and worthy of clinical application.
