中药内服治疗慢性盆腔炎用药规律数据挖掘系统综述

A Systematic Review about Oral Chinese Medication Rule of Treatment for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease Based on Data Mining

[主要目的]数据挖掘分析中药内服治疗慢性盆腔炎(CPID)用药规律。[资料来源]主题词+自由词检索CNKI数据库(建库至2014年5月)。[选择文献量及依据]中文RCT及半随机对照试验(quasi-RCT)文献。1研究对象:符合诊断标准,不限年龄和性别。2中药方口服治疗。提取治疗慢性盆腔炎文献。剔除重复方剂,同一方剂多篇文献只保留1篇。[数据提炼规则及应用方法]参照《中药学》对纳入文献中相关方剂与中药标准化处理,确保系统数据准确性与实用性。关联规则Apriori算法(支持度≥30%、置信度≥90%),分析药对关联规则。[数据综合得出结果与结论]最终纳入文献226篇。方剂226首,药味150味,总频次2491味次。赤芍使用频次和频率最高(153次,频率67.70%)。150味中药对关联规则11条,两味中药药对11对。[未来展望]多中心、大样本长时间调查研究,更好挖掘中药内服治疗慢性盆腔炎用药规律。

[Objective] To study oral Chinese medication rule of treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease based on data mining. [Data sources] Subject headings combined with free words were used to search in the database of CNKI. Retrieval time： from the database built time up to May 2014. [Select the volume of literature and the basis] RCT and quasi- RCT of Chinese literatures.①Study obeject： fulfilling the diagnostic criteria with regardless of age and gender.②oral prescription of treatment for CIPD. In the literature, extracted for literature about the treatment of CIPD. At the same time eliminate the duplicate prescription, many papers on the same prescription gain only 1 articles. [Collection and Analysis of Data] According to the provisions in relevant prescription based on Chinese Medicine and Chinese standard of processing, to ensure the accuracy and practicability of the system for data analysis. Using the Apriori algorithm of association rules, set the parameters： support is more than or equal to 30%, the confidence is more than or equal to 90%, drug analysis of association rules. [The data obtained comprehensive results and conclusion] Finally 226 literatures were included. Other agent 226 first, which relates to a drug 150 herbs, drugs and the frequency of 2491 flavour. Incorporated into the traditional Chinese medicine in treating CPID involved in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） a total of 150 herbs using frequency and the frequency of the highest is the root of herbaceous peony, a total of 153 times, frequency 67.70%. oral Chinese medicine for treating CPID prescription in 150 herbs relating degree, drug of association rule 11, two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine of 11 pairs.[Future Prospect] Multi center, large sample survey of long time, better mining of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory drug laws.
