丁书文黄芪2号方联合西药治疗室性早搏

报告1例黄芪2号方联合西药治疗室性早搏。男,58岁,阵发性胸闷心慌1年余,加重1月。室性早搏10年余,1月前因生气心慌、胸闷加重,舌暗红,苔黄厚,脉弦滑。动态心电图:频发室性早搏,有时呈而二联律、三联律,ST-T异常。治以益气活血,清热化痰,宁心定悸,黄芪2号方加减,黄芪30g,黄连15g,半夏10g,苦参30g,青蒿15g,常山30g,枳实15g,人参、麦冬各30g,莲子心15g,茯苓20g,炙甘草9g,7剂,水煎500 m L,早晚温服。拜阿斯匹灵0.1g/次,1次/d;瑞舒伐他汀钙片5mg/次,1次/d;通脉养心丸40/次,2次/d。治疗4周,心慌、胸闷消失,睡眠改善,复查24h动态心电图,偶发室性早搏,ST-T异常。

The treatment method is Yiqi Huoxue, Qingre Huatan, Ningxin Dingji,this prescription is Huangqi Erhao Fang（黄芪2号方）. It＇s major ingredients include astragalus membranaceus 30 g, Coptis chinensis 15 g, Pinellia ternata 10 g, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis 30 g, Artemisia annua 15 g, Dichroa febrifuga 30 g, fructus aurantii immaturus 15 g, Ginseng 30 g, radix ophiopogonis 30 g, plumula nelambinis 15 g, Poria cocos 20 g, Licorice 9g, which is formed by 7 dosages. Taking method： 1, Decoction to 500 m L, taken in two after meal, warm takin. At the same time,the patient was given Aspirin orally o. 1g a time and 1 times a day; rosuvastatin calcium tablets orally 5mg a time and 1 times a day; Tongmai Yangxin pill（通脉养心丸） orally 40 pill a time and 2 times a day.After 4 weeks of treatment, the symptoms include chest tightness, heart palpitations disappeared, sleep quality geted better, the Holter ECG monitering results： occasional premature ventricualr contraction, ST-T changes.
