摘要
[目的]观察骨愈灵胶囊联合针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组。对照组40例针刺内外膝眼,取内、外膝眼向膝中斜刺0.5-1寸,得气后,采用平补平泻法,留针30min,1次/d。治疗组40例骨愈灵胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d,饭后口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、VAS评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈28例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组治愈21例,有效9例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]骨愈灵胶囊联合针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of Guyuling Capsules in combination of acupuncture in treatment of knee osteoarthritis（KOA）. [Methods] Eighty inpatients were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots according to case record number using a randomized and paralleled control method. Forty patients received acupuncture＋Guyuling Capsules therapy in the control group, namely needling the internal and external xiyan acupoints and taking the internal and external xiyan acupoints towards xizhong acupoint in oblique needling of 05~1 cun; after getting the qi of acupuncture, mild reinforcing-attenuating method was used and the needlewas retained for 30 minutes, qd. Five Guyuling capsules were given per time, tid, po after a meal. Forty patients received the Guyuling Capusles therapy in the treatment group as same as the control group. Patients were given a 14-day successive therapy as a course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, joint extension and flexion function,adverse reactions were observed. The efficacy was decided after one course of treatment. [Results] There 28 patients were cured in the treatment group, 10 effective cases and 2 ineffective cases, with an overall response rate（ORR） of 95.00%. There 21 patients were cured in the control group, 9 effective cases and 10 ineffective cases, with an ORR of 75%. The efficacy in the treatment group is superior to the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] The efficacy of Guyuling Capsules in combination of acupuncture in treatment of KOA is satisfied,without severe adverse reactions. It is worthy of promotion.
