Immunization programmes in Zoucheng city:status quo and proposal

目的:掌握邹城市免疫规划工作服务水平,探讨"十三五"发展背景下免疫规划机制、措施。方法:对邹城市2014年免疫规划年报表采用综合评价方法进行分析。结果:邹城市从事免疫规划工作人员163人,服务人口配备为1.57人/万,平均年龄36岁,大专及以上学历占64.42%,医师及以上职称占57.06%,平均工作年限9.23年。设立预防接种门诊23处,平均服务半径6.58km、平均服务人口47 287人,数字、示范、规范门诊比11∶6∶6,城区与乡镇门诊比4∶19,覆盖人口城区与乡镇比1∶4.05,门诊按日与按周开诊比19∶4,按日与按周接种覆盖人口比9.86∶1。结论:邹城市预防接种门诊布局、人员结构配置合理,今后需进一步完善和推广数字化预防接种门诊建设、全面推广日接种服务制度、加强业务技术培训指导、充分发挥互联网"+"和微信平台作用。

Objective To know about the capacity for carrying out immunization programmes service in Zoucheng city and to explore the mechanism and strategies of immunization programmes. Methods Annual statements of immunization programmes in 2014 in Zoucheng city were analyzed using comprehensive evaluation method. Results The number of staff engaged in immuni- zation programmes in Zoucheng was 163, that is, 1.57 for ten thousand population, whose average age was 36 years old. The staff with college degree or above accounted for 64. 42% ,with professional titles of physicians and above 57.06%. Their aver- age years of service were 9.23 years. Twenty- three vaccination clinics were set up with an average service radius of 6.58 km providing service for an average population of 47287 people. The ratios of digital clinics, exemplary clinics to standardized clin ics, urban clinics to rural clinics, coverage in urban areas to coverage in rural areas, daily outpatient service to weekly outpatient service and daily population coverage to weekly population coverage were 11 ： 6 ： 6,4： 19,1 ： 4.05,19 ： 4,and 9.86 ： 1. Conclusions Clinic layout and staffing structure for immunization programmes were reasonable. It is necessary to improve and promote the construction of digital vaccination clinics, apply daily immunization service, enhance technical training guidance, and give full play to Internet plus and WeChat platform.
