啤酒花中单宁的提取及其对铜片在NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用研究

摘要 在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析法优化啤酒花中单宁的提取工艺,并对单宁在Na Cl溶液中对铜片的缓蚀作用进行考察。结果表明,啤酒花单宁提取最佳工艺条件为:提取时间152 min,提取温度48℃,料液比1∶26(g/m L)。在此条件下,啤酒花中单宁的提取率为1.340%,与理论值相差0.063%。静态失重法结果表明,在缓蚀温度为30℃、啤酒花单宁提取液体积为25 m L时,啤酒花单宁具有良好的缓蚀性能,缓蚀效率达到88.31%;通过动电位极化曲线测试研究缓蚀机理,结果表明,啤酒花单宁提取液是以阳极抑制为主的混合抑制型缓蚀剂,啤酒花单宁的吸附机理是单分子层吸附,符合Langmuir等温吸附方程。 Based on single-factor experiments, response surface analysis methodology (RSM) was used for optimizing the extraction technology of total tannins from Humulus lupulus. Along with this, corrosion inhibition performance of the extract on copper sheet in NaCl solution was investigated. The results showed the optimal extraction conditions were extraction temperature of 48 ℃, material-to-liquid ratio of 1:26 g·mL-1, extraction duration of 152 rain. Under these conditions, extracting rate of total tannins was up to 1.340%, which was 0.063% lower compared with the predictive value. Static weight loss method results showed that Humulus Lupulus tannins present good corrosion inhibition performance with efficiency of 88.31% at 30 ℃ with 25 mL of extract solution; profile test of potentiodynamic polarization showed that Humulus lupulus tannins extract was a mixed type corrosion inhibitor based on the anode suppression, its adsorption mechanism was monolayer adsorption with Langmuir isotherm equation.
