新型消毒剂消特威对鸡新城疫病毒杀灭效果研究

Disinfection effect of a new type disinfector compound sodium chlorite powder against Newcastle disease virus

目的:研究新型消毒剂消特威(复合亚氯酸钠粉)对鸡新城疫病毒的杀灭效果及不同作用浓度对消毒效果的影响,为其在生产实际中的使用提供依据。方法:采用悬液杀灭试验,通过感染鸡胚,研究该消毒剂对鸡新城疫病毒的杀灭效果。结果:含0.5%硫代硫酸钠、1%吐温80、0.1%卵磷脂的TPS溶液能有效中和消特威的消毒作用;1∶3 000、1∶4 000、1∶5 000稀释的消特威溶液5 min对鸡新城疫病毒的杀灭率分别为100%、99.78%、94.34%;1∶4 000稀释溶液室温作用30 min可将鸡新城疫病毒完全杀灭;其消毒效果远优于对照药物。

Objective： To study the disinfection effect of a new type disinfeetor compound sodium chlorite powder （Xiaotewei） on Newcastle disease virus （NDV）, and the concentration effect of disinfection was also detected. Methods： In order to observe the efficacy of Xiaotewei in disinfecting NDV, suspension germicidal test and infected chicken embryo were used to carry out experimental study. Results： The solution of 0.5% sodium thiosulfate, 1% polysorbate 80 and 0.1% lecithin TPS could effectively neutralize Xiaotewei. The killing rates of Xiaotewei dilution solution at 1：3 000, 1：4 000 and 1：5 000 for 5 minutes on NDV were 100%, 99.78% and 94.34% respectively; the 1：4 000 dilution solution could completely kill NDV at room temperature for 30 minutes. Conclusion： The disinfection effect of Xiaotewei is better than control drugs.
