摘要
针对印染废水中大量以甲基橙为代表的有色物质难以被微生物降解问题,制备了二氧化钛与氧化亚铜复合催化剂,在自然光照的条件下,考察其对甲基橙的脱色效能,并与单独的二氧化钛和氧化亚铜作对比。研究结果表明:二氧化钛与氧化亚铜复合催化剂对甲基橙的脱色效果明显好于氧化亚铜催化剂和二氧化钛催化剂;在二氧化钛与氧化亚铜复合催化剂投加量为150 mg/L、pH为2、反应时间为3 h的条件下甲基橙的褪色率可达到95.71%。
Non-ferrous materials,represented by methyl orange,are difficult to degrade by microbes. In order to solve this problem,titanium dioxide / cuprous oxide compound catalyst was prepared. On the condition of natural sun shining,its efficiency of decolorizing methyl orange was monitored and compared with that of titanium dioxide and cuprous oxide used separately. The experimental results show that titanium dioxide / cuprous oxide compound catalyst can make methyl orange achieve better bleaching effect than titanium dioxide and cuprous oxide used separately. Methyl orange fading rate could reach 95. 71% when titanium dioxide / cuprous oxide compound catalyst dosage was 150 mg / L,p H value was 2 and reaction time was 3 hours.
