帕瑞昔布和氟比洛芬酯在疝超前镇痛作用中的疗效对比被引量：8

摘要术后疼痛是导致患者术后应激性溃疡、高血压、心律失常及肺不张的重要原因之一。既往的镇痛模式是疼痛后给药,越来越多的研究证实：定时给药、超前镇痛能更有效地帮助患者快速康复。非甾体类消炎药属于第一阶梯止痛药物,其不良反应明显少于阿片类药物。它分为非特异性环加氧化酶（COX）抑制剂和特异性COX-2抑制剂,后者具有不良反应更少的特点。
