高龄帕金森病因急性肠损伤继发恶性撤药综合征1例

摘要 1病历资料 患者男,85岁,离休干部,2000年左右诊断帕金森病,长期口服盐酸普拉克索片（0.125 mg,3次/d）、美多芭（125mg,3次/d）、金刚烷胺片（100 mg,2次/d）,症状较重,帕金森病Hoehn-Yahr（修正）分级量表：Ⅲ级。冠心病病史10余年,长期口服单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片（60mg,1次/d）;酒石酸美托洛尔片（25 mg,1次/d）、波利维（75 mg,1次/d）。
