摘要 堆载预压固结法的原理是地基土在荷载作用下(总应力σ增加)、孔隙水排出(即孔隙水压力μ减少)和有效压力σ′增加的过程。结合工程实例,介绍了堆载预压与塑料排水板相结合对大面积软黏土进行排水固结处理的设计、施工方法,并对工程实例监测结果进行分析,表明了预压固结处理后的饱和软土地基承载能力大为提高,塑料排水板深度范围内,土层固结作用效果明显,工后沉降也大为减小,各区域的地基土主固结变形在几年的时间内固结度均达到了90%以上。 The principle of preloading consolidation method is that the foundation soil under the load actions(with an increasing total stress σ) can increase pore water drainage(i.e.,reducing the pore water pressure μ) and effective pressure σ'.This paper introduces the design and construction methods to conduct drainage consolidation treatment to soft clay of large areas by combining the preloading with the plastic drainage plate with engineering examples.This paper also analyzes the engineering monitoring results and shows that after preloading consolidation treatment,the bearing capacity of the saturated soft clay foundation has been greatly improved,the soil consolidation effect is obvious within the depth range of the plastic drainage plate,the settlement after construction is also greatly reduced,and the primary consolidation degree of the foundation soil in all regions has been up to over 90%in a few years.
