CD4^+ TNFR2^+ 调节性T细胞在免疫相关疾病中作用机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 调节性T细胞(Treg)是一种具有免疫抑制功能的效应性T淋巴细胞,在维持机体的免疫自稳中发挥重要作用。肿瘤坏死因子受体2(TNFR2)主要表达于淋巴细胞并参与调节淋巴细胞的分化和存活。TNFR2可以稳定CD4^+CD25^+Treg的数量及其抑制功能。作为人和小鼠体内抑制功能最强的Treg,CD4和肿瘤坏死因子受体双阳性(CD4^+TNFR2^+)Treg参与多种疾病如肿瘤、移植排斥、结肠炎、关节炎、寄生虫感染等的免疫反应过程。CD4^+TNFR2^+Treg在各种免疫相关疾病中的作用及其机制已成为新的研究热点。
