定位显色培养基对食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌快速鉴定的效果评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价定位显色培养基对食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌进行快速检测的效果。方法比较CHROMagar Listeria定位显色培养基、OXA以及PALCAM琼脂对单增李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪链球菌、大肠埃希菌、威尔、英诺克检验的特异性。以VITEK2检测结果为金标准,分别以实际样品及标准菌株评估CHROMagar Listeria定位显色培养基对食品中单增李斯特菌的检测效果。结果对单增李斯特菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪链球菌、大肠埃希菌、威尔、英诺克检验的特异性检验结果显示,CHROMagar定位显色培养基的特异性优于OXA以及PALCAM琼脂。采用VITEK2检测及CHROMagar定位显色培养基分别对人工污染样品及实际样品进行检测,两种方法检测结果的一致率均为100.0%,以VITEK2检测为金标准,不论人工污染样品或实际样品,CHROMagar定位显色培养基鉴定单增李斯特菌的灵敏度及特异度均达到100.0%。结论 CHROMagar定位显色培养基鉴定食品中的单增李斯特菌具有较好高的检测效果率,适合用于食品中单增李斯特菌的快速、初步鉴定。 Objective To evaluate the effect of orientation chromogenic medium for rapid identification of Listeria monocytogenes in food.Methods CHROMagar Listeria,OXA and PALCAM agar culture medium were used to identify Listeria,Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli,Will and Inoco,and the specificity of thoses culture medium were compared.CHROMagar Listeria culture medium were compared with VITEK2 identification,which was used as the gold standard,in effect of practical samples and the standard strain detect.Results The specificity of CHROMagar Listeria was better than OXA and PALCAM agar culture medium in Listeria monocytogenes,Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus faecalis,Escherichia coli,Will and Inoco identification.By comparison with VITEK2 identification,regardless of practical samples and the standard strain,the sensitivity and specificity of CHROMagar Listeria culture medium were 100.0%,the concordance rate of VITEK2 identification and CHROMagar Listeria was 100.0%.Conclusion The CHROMagar Listeria medium in identification of Listeria monocytogenes is highly effective,which is suitable for fast,preliminary identification of Listeria monocytogenes in food.
