2008-2012年武安市居民死因分析

Analysis on death causes of residents in Wuan City from 2008 to 2012

目的了解2008-2012年武安市居民死因发生概率和分布规律,为制定疾病控制策略提供科学依据。方法收集死因资料,按照国际分类编码进行汇总分析。结果 2008-2012年武安市年平均死亡率为536.19/10万,男性高于女性(χ2=493.63,P<0.005)。死因构成居前4位的分别为脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、伤害,占全部死因构成的96.48%。结论脑血管病、恶性肿瘤、心脏病、损伤和中毒是死亡的主要原因,应有针对性地开展健康教育和健康促进工作,减少疾病和意外的发生。

Objective The Investigation was conducted to understand the death causes and patters among residents in Wuan City from 2008 to 2012 as strategic evidence for disease control.Methods carried out meta-analysis of the collection of disease death causes according to the international classification code.Results The average annual mortality rate was 536.19/100 000 in Wuan City from 2008 to 2012.Men had higher mortality than women（χ2= 493.63,P 0.005）.The first 4 death causes was cerebrovascular diseases,cancer,heart diseases and injury,accounting for 96.48% of all death causes.Conclusion cerebrovascular diseases,cancer,heart diseases and injury were the major death causes in Wuan.Health education and advance work should be made to reduce the main causes that threaten people＇ s health.
